AREAS OF INTERVENTION : TMG will manage : Processes of change ; reorganisation ; turn-around or interim replacement of senior management. The Group will give support to : Development of mission ; objectives ; strategies ; processes of acquisition ; development of new branches or subsidiaries-both locally and abroad ; spin-offs, selling and/or closure of companies. TMG will give management support to all civil services : reorganisation or privatisation of local entities (municipalities ; utilities , public transport, etc.) ; national services (social security, state industry, ministries, etc.)
